Medema Mini Crosser X2 4W Problemer med overoppheting (Norwegian)

This video is Norwegian. I talk about problems with my Mini Crosser X2 4W that doesn't like heat. When I got the scooter in December, the weather was a little cold, and back then the scooter worked flawlessly. It got up to it's top speed of 15 km/h and kept it there, at very steep hills it would dip down to around 11 km/h, which is very acceptable.

But now when it's gotten warmer outside, it overheats, but without any warning on the screen, and it barely manages to crawl up hills that aren't even hills, at a measly 4 km/h.

I basically made the video so I could send it to Medema, so they could see what I'm experiencing, and I uploaded the video as Unlisted on YouTube, so only people with the link could see it. To give them a chance to reply. But they never replied, so I decided to publish the video publicly. 

As I said, I never got any messages about overheating, but when I check the error log, it said something about over current limit. The service people from my county was here today and picked it up and will take a look at it. But I honestly don't think they can do anything about it. Normally, mobility scooters in Norway has a top speed of 10 km/h. Mine has a top speed of 15 km/h. And the way they did that from the factory, was just to replace a gear to increase it's top speed. Meaning torque is heavily compromised, leading to the over current issue I'm having with it.

I'd hate to go back to a scooter with a top speed of 10 km/h, but if that's what it takes to have a working scooter, I'm fine with that. My current weight is 111 kg, and the scooter is rated for users up to 175 kg. So I'm WAY under that limit.

Anyway, I'll keep you updated on how things are going with the scooter, whenever I hear something back from the service people.
